I did BIAB manicure and after only few days 2 nails were chipped (never happened before). After a week, some others too.My nails looked terrible and I had to make an appointment only within 2weeks with another specialist to re-do them. The girl was not able to remove the gel-lack because it was too painful for me. The reason for this is that the nails were drilled so much that now they are destroyed! Also the gel lack was underbaked on some of the nails.

The day of the treatment there were no problems during the treatment and you left the salon happy with the result.

Yesterday via email was the first time we had heard from you with your concern since the treatment two weeks ago. We always encourage our clients to directly let us know if any issue occurs, we will always be there to help resolve any situation.

As we mentioned in our reply its very unfortunate that you did not get in touch after two nails had broken and instead choose to go to another salon. We would have been more then happy to do a repair. This makes it very difficult for us to assess the situation.

Nevertheless I said your very welcome to return at your convenience so we can resolve any potential issue.
